Cigarette smoking is the leading cause of preventable death worldwide. Cigarettes contain over 4,000 chemicals known to be harmful to human health. These chemicals have been linked to cancer, heart disease, stroke, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and many other serious illnesses. If you smoke, now is the time to quit to avoid cancer.
Alcohol consumption has been associated with cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, liver, breast, colon, rectum, pancreas, stomach, kidney, brain, and female reproductive organs. Alcohol is also a major risk factor for suicide, car crashes, violence, abuse, and dependence. If you drink, do yourself a favor and cut back on how much and how often you drink.
Excessive use of sunblock
Sunscreens are great products to protect your skin from the damaging effects of UV rays. However, they may not be safe if you apply them excessively. In FMRI research, sunscreens containing oxybenzone (found in some popular brands) have been shown to inhibit the production of vitamin D3, which is critical for bone health and immunity. Eating foods high in fat

In that case, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and choose lean cuts of meat instead of fatty ones.
Not getting enough sleep
Sleep deprivation has been linked to depression, anxiety, memory problems, mood swings, and obesity. Sleep is necessary for the body to repair and restore itself after a day’s activities. Getting adequate rest helps keep the immune system strong and healthy. A lack of sleep can also affect cognitive function, making it harder to focus and concentrate. Along with that, try going to bed earlier at night and waking up early in the morning.
Stress impacts our bodies physically and mentally.
