- Next, select the output option that best suits your needs and click Export.
- You may now export your search by clicking the Export option in the Search pane. Click on Download Results and copy the export key (Search may take a few hours to blink on the Export tab).
- Now the Office 365 Export Tool has now been installed on your computer. In order to save the PST files, open the software and paste the Export key in the box provided.
